Shipping Options & Delivery Costs
We offer the following shipping options.
Order Processing Time
All orders placed before 12 PM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched within 2 working days. All orders placed after will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or the next business day.
Delivery On-Time-Policy
It has a Guarantee under which you can file for a refund if the product is not received on the arrival date after 7 days for West Malaysia & 21 days for East Malaysia.
Shipping fees to return item
If there is a dispute, rejection, or return, the buyer must bear the item's return cost unless the seller's fault is proven.
(You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item).
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please note that we cannot modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry, but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website, on WhatsApp, on Delivery Status, or by email.
Refund Policy

Returns
You have [3] Three calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a return.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. After inspecting the item, we will immediately notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method). Depending on your card issuer's policies, you will receive the credit within 7 to 14 working days.
